1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Armurex Doors website (armurexdoors.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Armurex Doors supplies and installs premium security doors, interior doors, smart locks, and related accessories for residential and commercial properties in Ghana. All products are subject to availability.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes provided via our website or WhatsApp are estimates and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Final pricing is confirmed upon site survey or formal order confirmation.
  • All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise.
  • Armurex Doors reserves the right to adjust pricing due to material cost changes, with prior notice to the customer.

4. Orders and Payment

  • A deposit (typically 50–70%) is required to confirm and begin production of your order.
  • The balance is due before or on the day of installation.
  • Payments are accepted via Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfer, card (Paystack), or cash.
  • Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and logistics.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and prepared on the agreed date.
  • If a scheduled installation cannot proceed due to the customer's unavailability, a rescheduling fee may apply.

6. Warranty

  • Armurex Doors products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period with proof of purchase.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to an administrative fee.
  • Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Armurex Doors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Armurex Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
